Meet Our Team
Jim Buell
After having worked in the IT sector for over 10 years, Jim founded Keystone in 1998 to meet client needs with superior services while creating a culture that allows IT professionals to thrive. He has continued to work in lead technical roles, which has permitted him to manage Keystone in a way that best serves our clients, as well as our employees and subcontractors.
Bill Young
A graduate of UW Whitewater, Bill joined Keystone in 1999. In the positions of Systems Architect and Developer, he has played a lead role on numerous significant and complex projects. Bill has over 20 years of experience providing excellent service to clients.
Jennifer Schiermeister
Jennifer has been assisting technology professionals with their career paths since joining Keystone in 2011. Jennifer’s experience with business management and human resources for previous non-profit and for-profit companies has enhanced the work being accomplished at Keystone and allowed for expansion of recruiting efforts to what they are today.
Alivia Encizo
Alivia began her career with Keystone in 2013. She is an integral part of the team, working closely with consultants to learn about their career goals. Alivia enjoys meeting new people and is dedicated to helping each person find the position that is right for them. Being a people person, Alivia has a passion for traveling and learning about new cultures.
